Sunday Weddings
While we typically host one rehearsal and one wedding per weekend, we’re delighted to offer special Sunday dates when the following Monday is a holiday. This unique opportunity allows you to enjoy the beauty of our venue over an extended weekend. Please note that a nominal fee applies to cover our dedicated staff working through the night to ensure the property and barn are beautifully prepared for your event.
Elegant Packages and Pricing
Day Of Wedding – $4,700
Full use of Upper Barn Including all 4 spaces and the Carriage House, enough tables and chairs to seat 120 guests at the service and for a dinner party. Experienced wedding coordinator to assist with vendors , layout and day of schedule.
Weekend Wedding – $ 5,300
Same as above, adding Friday – Sunday overnight stay at the Carriage House, and option of bridal party decorating the day before, and/or hosting the rehearsal dinner.
Rehearsal Dinner – $ 3,300
Up to 60 people, including use of tables and chairs at the upper barn, riding ring, and pavilion.
Note – Since we are an authentic horse barn hosting a Collegiate riding team we are available exclusively during the peak months of April 15th -June & September- November 15th.
To reserve your desired date, a non-refundable 50% initial payment secures your spot, with the remaining balance due 90 days before your wedding day.

️As nature comes alive in spring, summer, and fall, we welcome events during prime wedding months. While we don’t host winter weddings, the enchanting charm of our venue is perfect for celebrations during the warmer months.

High Bridge Stables’ barn and pavilion provide the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. The barn offers doors to keep out chilly evenings, complemented by three commercial-grade free-standing heaters. The pavilion boasts an oversized stone fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for your guests.

While we provide a stunning venue, we encourage you to personalize your wedding by selecting your preferred catering professionals from our list of trusted partners. If you choose an external caterer, we kindly ask that they meet our quality control standards. Our commitment to excellence ensures that your culinary experience is unforgettable.

Your comfort is paramount. The Carriage House awaits the bride on her special day, offering a private sanctuary for preparations. Additionally, we provide recommendations for nearby lodging options, ensuring a restful stay for you and your guests.
Dance the Night Away
Our expansive 40×40 foot outdoor pavilion is a haven for dancing and festivities. Illuminated by cast iron lights, this space creates a magical ambiance under the Farmville starlit skies. The pavilion comfortably accommodates over 100 standing guests or up to 120 for seated dining.
Your Vision, Your Music
High Bridge Stables offers three designated areas for bands to set up their equipment, both indoors and outdoors. While there are no restrictions on music volume, we adhere to local ordinances by turning off amplified music at 10PM, ensuring compliance with the town of Farmville’s regulations.
Captivating Celebrations
While we love to see your dreams take flight, we do not permit fireworks on our property due to the historical nature of our buildings.
Charming Arbor for Your Ceremony
